Three Tips For Using Article Submission Services
Using article submission services is a great way to get your content out to get traffic and create backlinks to your site. However not all submission services are created equal.
Some articles send out unique content while others just send out duplicate content to all of the directories.
This poses a problem because the major search engines do not like duplicate content and will pay no attention to all of the articles that have been sent out. If this is the case you will get the same traffic as just sending out one article and the backlinks will hold no importance to the site you are trying to get traffic on.
Another thing to watch for is article submission services that use keyword spinning to provide unique content. Keyword spinning only provides the articles with about 30% uniqueness which is the bare minimum you can have and call it unique content. Often times the articles will not have a good flow and can seem computer written which will negatively affect your click through rates.
Again this diminishes the chances of your article being found by viewers and getting the quality traffic and backlinks that you are trying to achieve.
Another big question you should ask is what the quality is of the sites your article will go to. If all of the site have a very low PR then the backlinks will not count for as much and your articles will not hold much importance to the search engines.
The way they price is another thing to consider. Do they charge you a monthly fee and allow you to submit as many articles a month that you want or do they charge you per article? Some of them will even charge you a monthly fee but only allow you to submit 8 articles a month.
A lot of article submission services will charge you a one time fee for sending x amount of articles out to directories. This can be very expensive (hundreds of dollars) especially if you have a lot of articles you plan on submitting. The better option would be to pay a monthly fee and then be able to submit as many articles as you want.
